Diamond Club review!! So this year the hotel diamond took was edition and part of st regis. Beautiful insane hotel. The staff of the hotel were amazing. Very nice attentive etc. the restaurants at night for chol hamoed were amazing from soal which was meats and bbq and a ton of diff meat. Second night was thai and japanese food and last night was kitchen which was dairy. Everyone had night in each restaurant. Reservations were on point no disasters. Everyone had a place and very intimate. Surprises were at each rest. From chilling with monkeys. Massages at dinner. Music magic shows for each table etc. the beach was beautiful turquoise water. No seaweed at all. You can snorkel and do what you wanted. Diamond camp this year was even better than last three years. We had a new camp staff. So energetic and gave the kids a blast. They took them to cenotes and alligator zoo etc. entertainment was great from circus, to 8th day concert, shulem lemmer concert and ventriloquist. Was all on the beach. Il be honest i havent heard any complaints nothing ran out. Food was plenty and at all times. Only time there wasnt food was 5:00pm-5:30 while they prepared the food. Coffee shop was open 24-7. Candy shop was great kids non stop getting candy. My kids made friendships that will last a lifetime. There was a gameroom which the kids loved!! Now all this couldent of happened without Eli kats the host he was on his feet non stop making sure everyone was good. Rebecca as well she didnt have a second to breath always answering questions making sure everyone was good and taken care of from transportation way in and back and non stop during chag making sure everyone had a fantastic stay. And obviously joel who put it all together. The best trio you can find. The food was as every year spectacular thanks to the head chef and the legend donny rogoff and his staff. Non stop making sure food was on time and delicious. Rabbis were great minyanim were great. And best part of it it was a smaller intimate program. The only complaint was that it didnt last longer because i didnt want to leave. I dont think anyome wanted to leave.

Had a great time. Food was plentiful lots of meat. Great wine selection. Hotel was cozy. Lounge chairs available. No reservations needed for the restaurants. Ballroom for dinner and Shabbos lunch meals. Entertainment was fun.

Here is my review on Diamond Club in playa del carmen mexico. First off ive been here last year and it was incredible. This year was even better i had no idea diamond can top last year. The kids had an amazing time at camp with excursions raffles games and so much more. Thanks to Ariana the camp director for making the kids camp amazing. They rented out a day club which never happened before with the best djs. And that was a highlight for many including me. Was rocking every day!! Second the food was abundant non stop. They never run out of food and theres not one secomd in day or night where you go starving. This year they had a smoked station of so many meats smoked etc. from ribs to pastrami to veal to lamb turkey and chicken and much much more. A new station as well was there amazing taco station which again tasted like chametz and was just amazing! And best part about this is no lines. Only line was last day and that took me 2 minutes to go through it. What diamond does best is have a small crowd which makes it so much better. I met fantastic people through the whole program more than last year. The crew this year was just fantastic so nice and down to earth. The entertainement was WOWOWOW!! We had modi which is hillarious, we had nissim black fan favorite, and the best one was AMARE STOUDAMIRE he stayed with us the second days and spoke and did autographs pictures and a fantastic wine tasting with amare wines etc. we had shulem lemmer again also a fan fav and rudy rochman came back to talk. He is fantastic. All this could not be possible without the best staff ever. Rebecca was there and went out of her way to help answer qs and help with whatever you needed. Her husband what an incredible person to talk with and shmooze. Eli the program host went out of his way every day to make sure everything went smoothly and organized to perfection. How can you not want to be in the hands of these amazing staff and crew. So much more id be here all day talking. Not one complaint from anyone. If anything theres so many people that are like we want to come next year:) And a huge thank you again to joel the owner that made the whole program happen and he made sure the program was rocking from day one till the end. I love it here DCPC IS FAMILY!! DCPC 23 was legendary!! Miss it already!!

I have had the zechus to be a guest speaker at Pesach Program for over 15 years. I would be hard pressed to think of a program where ‘all the boxes get checked’ – beautiful location; outstanding food; beautiful people; outstanding entertainment and lecturers. In the case of Diamond Club Passover 2023, all the boxes get checked and the stars lined up! Huge kudos to Joel Berfovic, Elie Y. Katz and Rebecca Moskovitz for being the magicians who made the magic happen!

One of our best vacation to date we attended Diamond club last year and decided to go back this year because we ALL loved it so much! My 5.5 year old son loved the kids group my 9.5 year old daughter found amazing friends and ended up having the best time. My husband and I were entertained from the time we woke up to the time we went to bed we had the best time! The people running the program and working on it were so helpful and nice and the guests were such quality, nice people we made great friends and real connections even though we only came with our little family of 4 we felt part of everything and a sense of belonging to a big family. The Diamond club community is amazing and we can’t wait to be back next year! Thank you for the best vacation I felt like ROYALTY the entire 10 days!

After attending many programs throughout my life with my children, this was the most incredible program by far from the classes to the Praying to the concerts. The hosts the decorations the food was next level out of control look beautiful, taste delicious always had so many varieties of everything none of my kids ever complained. They were hungry thank God it was off the charts the best Program I have attended in 15 years

First, I have no other experience to compare this program to as this was our family’s first . It would also not be fair to compare the experience to being home for Passover. We travel a lot and have been to Mexico many times and even to the same area as this program, so any tours in the area would not be new to us. I can comment on the hotel and the program itself. I am sure that I have not and will not ever be at a Kosher program with better cuisine than we experienced. The main chef, Rogoff , somehow pulled off the most elegant dinners for 7-800 people nightly with exquisite courses from appetizers to desserts that looked and tasted like they had just been prepared minutes earlier ( every time!). Weekday dinners were all themed amazingly and although buffet in style, offered almost every type of food you could imagine, superbly prepared and presented. The pastry chefs prepared desserts every day in endless quantity that would rival any top patisserie. It was hard to believe it was all non-gebroks. Every day and almost all day long , there was a meat grill restaurant open , a dairy restaurant almost the whole morning and pizza and sushi stations always available, if you wanted. That was just the food! There were free daily tours available as well as every night Vegas level adult entertainment. The children ( of all ages) had all day long camp and other activities available as well as night time babysitters ( all the most educated locals women) if needed. ( ours was a local naturopathic physician). As to the hotel, this Hyatt was very beautiful and just big enough for all of us. The rooms were large for hotel rooms and very modern. The gym was excellent as were the gym classes available. There were many pools to use so it did not seem crowded. Beachside lounges and cabanas were always available. Most impressive was the large amount of hotel staff always in attendance. They were unusually attentive, friendly and helpful. Food and drink were at your fingertips anytime you desired. Whole pineapples and coconuts delivered to your chair in a minute. I cannot extol the staff enough and I usually do not like to stay in hotels. lastly , I must say that this was a Passover program and not a Pesach program. If you want ruchnius in your Pesach, modern programs like this are not suitable.

I dont know where to start. This program was fantastic!! It was over the top. Il keep it short!! Foood was amazing from buffet to the pizza shack to the kids food at 5:15 and to the amazing food on shabbos and yom tov. There was food at every second of the day im not kidding. The entertainment was over the top from the fantastic elon gold to nissim black and yoni zee and the famous celebrity mentalist ilan souchard!! Kids program well lets just say my kids didnt want to leave camp. Counslers were amazing the director was best ive ever seen. And they gave free excursions each day of chol hamoed. Who does that? DIAMONDCLUB DOES THAT!! They pick you up and drop you at the airport. Everything was so organized and the people down to eartth and so nice and friendly very chilled out. The after partys were fantastic from hookah to casinos to dj music. They had a candy shop for adults and kids and a arcade room for the kids opened whole day!! It was on the beach which made it all more amazing. The owner joel and his staff rebecca eliie and the others went out of there way to make sure everyone enjoyed and a time to remember forever. I did love that everything was very close to eachother pretty much, the rooms food and beach. I can go on and on. In short i will iy”h be back with diamondclub hopefully every year forever lol

Family attended Diamond Club Grand Hyatt Passover 2022. Extremely well organized. Food was over the top plentiful and beautifully presented. Hotel is well maintained and staff was amazing. Size of the program was key in my opinion and lended itself to easily meeting people and seeing them again and again over the week. No lines ever for anything. Speakers and entertainment was excellent. The mix of attendees was refreshing. All levels of observance, Ashkenazi, Sephardi and Israeli. My only suggestion for next year would be to make available olive oil and red wine and balsamic vinegars for salads instead of pre-mixed creamy dressings, a true salad bar available at lunch and buffet dinners and access to better dry wines, especially white wines which were extremely limited and mostly unavailable over the week.

As reviewers above commented, the food on the program was great and plentiful. We have never seen such amazing Passover desserts on any program we have ever gone on…really amazing! However, we were not thrilled with other aspects of the program— namely, the kids program or the amenities at the hotel. First, the kids program was only good for young children who needed babysitting services rather than a camp experience. The kids program was more like a kids group at shul versus summer camp in mentality and execution. The planned activities for older kids were unimaginative and boring. After the first day, my kids refused to go to camp with good reason. Second, the entertainment basically consisted of Jewish or Israeli singers which got repetitive and boring after the second act. We wish they would have varied up the entertainment a little. There was one evening with a hypnotist which was definitely a good break. The hotel is very large and not easy to get around with little kids especially if you don’t take a tram on Shabbat or Yom tov. There was a lot of walking and shlepping. Nothing is close by. It is approximately a 10 minute walk from the banquet hall where meals are served to the pool. You can wait for a tram but they are slow to show up. You may end up waiting 15-30 minutes for a tram. Additionally, you need to carry your pool towels to the pool each day and change them out to have clean towels for the following day. This made the whole experience less relaxing because we were shlepping six heavy towels to the pool and back each day. If you are bringing little kids (under the age of 10), I recommend you bring a scooter for them to get around the hotel. Otherwise you will have kids kvetching the whole time about walking back and forth. We were given this advice and brought two scooters. Unfortunately, one was stolen at the beginning of the trip so beware and take your scooter into the banquet hall with you. Outside of the block of rooms reserved for this program is one of the nicest beaches we have ever visited. Unfortunately, in order to get a drink or anything else from the program, we needed to walk back to the mini lobby or pool bar. There was nothing set up on the beach to make it convenient for guests on the program. This is different from other programs we have been on and an easy fix for those in charge. Lastly, the gym at the hotel is very old with very old treadmills. If you are looking to work out in the morning before your kids wake up, it is not an option at this hotel. The gym doesn’t open until after 8 at which point there is a huge line to use the 4 or 5 treadmills available.

One of the best Pesach programs, if not the best. that we have ever been on. And we always look for high quality. Everything was organized perfectly -and went smoothly. The best and most beautiful beach and weather of any program, including all of the Mexico programs, etc.. Entertainment nightly was the best ever including Shulem, Eli Beer, and Shai Lapidot, performing alone or together. Food and kiddush and tea rooms were all perfect. Most important – everyone (900+ people) was happy – there were zero complaints! A pleasure to be with such a big and happy crowd in a spacious hotel on the ocean Definitely want to go back asap.

This is my second year here and as much as I loved last year (obviously, since I returned), this year was even better. The food was delicious. Never was a shortage of anything. Constant abundance of great food and great service. There was never a time I felt I was hungry and had to wait for the next meal. Each meal was set up so that when it ended another meal started. And if that wasn’t enough, there were always two different l uh nchs options at two different locations so it was convenient for everyone. Then there was the tea room which was spectacular. A great place to hang out and socialize and relax with music and entertainment after a wonderful dinner even if you didnt go there for the mouthwatering desserts. The ambiance and decor was simply amazing. Also, the people that ran the program are wonderful. They were always available to help, quick to respond and were on top of every aspect of the program. In conclusion, the whole atmosphere was spectacular, and G-d willing i will undoubtedly return for passover 2020!

This is the program to go to if you are looking for perfection. This is the program to go to if you’re looking for an exotic beach, endless family activities, a phenomenal day camp, and a romantic setting. This is the program to go to if you don’t like waiting in lines for food, (seriously impressed with “our people”, specifically referring to no one pushing or cutting in line like it was post Tisha b’Av fast). This is a program for anyone who is Jewish, whether they wear a black hat or a beach hat…it’s a completely judgement free zone (although I do think my waiter may have been judging my lack of portion control). He didn’t explicitly say so, but then again there was a language barrier between us so he may have. This is a program where your Dominican waiters are enthusiastically celebrating Israel with you as they wave Israeli flags and dance to “Am Yisroel Chai”. Logistics: The program operator, Avrumy Jordan has perfected the system. Everything runs on schedule, food stations are strategically designed to flow (I never had to wait throughout the 120 meals during the 10 day holiday). Given the resort is massive, he had positioned bars, snacks, and an ocean view restaurant (that has everything you could possibly crave) throughout the property so you have easy access. There is not a wrapper to be found, everything was clean and refilled promptly. From arrival through departure every aspect of our trip was carefully thought out and executed with precision and with pleasure. Food: Everything was presented beautifully and was appetizing, amazing, and abundant. Resort: Invest in a good pair of walking shoes, it’s like a junior Disneyland, they even have a trolley should you desire to start your day at a water park, then swim with the dolphins, move on to play a round of golf, or go bowling, shopping, then go for a swim in one of their 5? pools (I lost count), head on over to the beach, and if you’d like, end your day off at the casino that includes a kosher for pesach bar. Beach: Breathtaking, warm, calm waters, lifeguards, free water sports. Program: Joel doesn’t go light on meat, day camp, and entertainment. I wouldn’t say he goes light on any aspect of the program, but it’s clear those 3 are critical to him. The meat was really good quality meat, unlike we have ever had. When it came to entertainment, it wasn’t about who the hottest musician was, it was about who would bring the right energy to the program. While my son only went to day camp on the last day, I observed the counselors and they were very responsible, kind, and full of spirit. Joel knows what he is doing, fiscally speaking, in keeping the price fair for the consumer, and wisely spending where it counts. Overall I would highly recommend this program for anyone with high expectations, anyone looking for a good time, and for anyone looking for a solid value.

This program was phenomenal in every respect. The location was beautiful, the resort had so many free activities on site (snorkeling, kayaking, boating, multiple water parks) and the day camp was great too, there was also a built in option of having a sitter each night for a small fee which we really appreciated. The food was plentiful and delicious and there were a lot of healthy options including a massive build your own salad bar with various greens, grilled veggies, and proteins. Every day there were both dairy or meat options for lunch. The dairy lunch was served in the grand ballroom where breakfast and dinner was also served, but the program also took over a restaurant overlooking the pools and beach where there was a massive meat buffet opened each day from 1:00-5:00. We had lunch there every day, right after we spent the morning swimming and ate overlooking the ocean.. we appreciated not having to shlep back to the convention center for lunch and often we would eat lunch and then swim again and do an early dinner there too. The options changed every day- different meats and fish, creative salads and side dishes a huge candy bar for the kids, a fabulous drink bar. One other perk we loved was that there was an unlimited kosher for pesach bar right in the pool area so you did not have to go back to the convention center for lunch, or a nice cocktail. They also had a coffee station, unlimited popsicles, snacks and drinks set up in the hotel lobby, so you didn’t have to go back to the convention center for snacks or a drink. Having easy access to coffee first thing in the AM or snacks mid day without having to walk anywhere was a huge plus. The program was very, very well staffed and everyone from the wait staff, to the program hosts, were attentive and responsive. The crowd is very diverse, leaning toward very modern with a handful of yeshuvishe families sprinkled in. It was the nicest crowd of people. Very friendly, very easygoing, a really fun crowd. This was our first year going away and we were blown away and would highly recommend- especially if you have kids! Also- the resort has beautiful, wild peacocks. My kids were obsessed!
