Whether you need the fridge stocked with groceries prior to your arrival or would like to arrange for private chefs, on-site massage therapy, or personal training, just let us know and we will go out of our way to make sure that your stay at Hollywood Stays exceeds your expectations. Other area vacation home owners impersonally leave a key in a lockbox or with an offsite realtor that you have to travel to visit. At Hollywood Stays, either the owner or one of his staff will meet you on site and give you a thorough tour of the property, explaining how all of its amenities are operated. Throughout your stay, our staff will be just a phone call or text message away if you have ANY questions at ANY time about ANY aspect of the property. In short, we provide our guests with deluxe hotel level concierge service and related assistance even though we are a vacation home rental. Guest can use the entire space all to themselves. I am available 24/7 via text or just a call away. The Lake is unsupervised, please be aware or your surroundings. All children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and needs. We provide life vests for our guests.

To talk to Google just say “Hey Google”. You can ask Google almost anything like how is the weather in Miami, is there traffic from here to Aventura Mall, what is the nearest sushi restaurant or play today’s hits music! Thermostat: The home has a smart thermostat. To adjust the temperature just tap it once and slide your finger up and down on the right side to your desired temperature. Living room TV: The living room has a smart TV. To ask it to turn to a specific channel or to watch Netflix etc. just press the microphone button on the remote and speak to the remote. (Feel free to dim the lights in the living and behind the TV for a better TV watching experience). Our Lake: Please enjoy the backyard! We have an amazing lake that you can take the kayaks or paddle boat out on, feed the ducks, fish, enjoy the fire pit or pergola, sunbath in our super comfy lounge chairs or just enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine! And remember to relax you’re on “Lake Time”. Dry Cleaning Services: We do offer free pickup and free drop off dry cleaning services. Please see price list in the master bedroom. You will be responsible for payment upon delivery of your clothes. • This is a family oriented and child friendly home, however children and infants must always be under strict supervision by a parent or guardian. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and needs.
• The lake is UNATTENDED. There are no life guards or any person(s) watching the lake. As the lake is safe for your enjoyment, please swim, kayak and enjoy at your own risk.
• THE FINE PRINT… Upon entry on the premise, Landlord (Host) shall not be liable for any damages or injury of or to Tenant (Guest), Tenant’s family, guests, invitees, agents or employees, or to any property, occurring on the premises and Tenant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Landlord harmless from any and all claims or assertions of every kind and nature. Surveillance Devices Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

Cleaning We appreciate the home being returned in the same general clean and tidy way it was presented to you upon your Check In. Garbage Please place all garbage bags in the blue container outside and all recycling in the green container. Deposit Airbnb: Deposits are not initially charged to the guest unless the host files a damage claim through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Booking.com: A cash deposit will be required upon arrival. All deposits are based on the individual booking platform deposit terms. Liability The host/owner and their insurance agency are not personally, legally or financially responsible for any injuries, theft, flood, fire or any other damage of the guest or their belongings that occur on the owner’s property during the guests stay.
