This year, as we recount the story of national emancipation, we will focus as well on gaining the tools of personal freedom from stress and other negative challenges. Our Scholar in Residence, Rabbi Elimelech Goldberg lectures all over the world teaching his techniques of breathing and meditation that are easily learned and integrated. His audience has been children as young as three years old, executives in major corporations, even Pope Francis at the Papal Palace. Rabbi G, as the children call him, is a black belt as well as clinical assistant professor in pediatrics. His evidenced based work as the Founder of Kids Kicking Cancer includes brain scans of children and adults showing the differences his approach can make. He has been featured as a Top Ten CNN Hero, in People Magazine, Good Morning America, The Today Show and multiple other outlets. As a long time Rav, the Rabbi is now teaching his fifth cycle of Daf Yomi. Learn to live longer and better while elevating your soul at the same time!
