Coronavirus Impacts Passover Programs Around the World
Passoverlistings.com has become the #1 “Pesach Only” Jewish travel website where Pesach travelers can see pricing, details, and reliable reviews on over 150 Pesach programs around the world. Our goal is to continue the transparency and visibility of the Pesach program industry for Pesach customers. We provide an online and social media forum for Passover interested people to ask questions and leave feedback.
Unfortunately, COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus, has changed many of your plans. We understand that this is very disappointing and unfortunate for Passover customers who already made plans, as well as those who are in the process of making plans at a Pesach program. This is also a disappointment to every Pesach program that would have loved to give you a memorable Pesach experience. As a result of the number of flight cancellations, restrictions on event sizes, and other unforeseen developments related to COVID-19, Pesach program owners are under an immense amount of pressure as they assess the new and evolving landscape.
Many of the Pesach programs worldwide have been around for over 10 years. For some Pesach programs, this is their first year. Many Pesach programs commit an enormous investment upfront to the hotels and suppliers, which can take a full year to plan for the upcoming Pesach. Their investment only generates a return if the program is successfully executed. It is a challenging and high-pressure business that, thankfully, many program owners have been able to navigate.
At this time, due to the pandemic of the Coronavirus, program owners are working with hotels and suppliers to try to get refunds for their deposits. Some programs may be able to refund the amount you would like. We of course sympathize with the customer losses but we also need to understand the incredibly negative financial impact that the COVID-19 virus will have on Passover program owners.
As a friendly and important reminder, the goal of this Facebook group (“Passover Program Reviews”) is to have a transparent communication system for Pesach Program travelers. We respectfully ask that no one turns this group into a personal financial complaint forum. If you do have a personal financial complaint, please discuss it directly with the program owners and operators directly.
If you do have any questions, feel free to reach out directly to [email protected].
With Hashem’s will, we will come out of this quickly, and may Hashem cure everyone with a speedy recovery.

can you provide a list of those programs that have closed and those that are still open and or scaling down?
Has anyone thought of
A. Starting an Association of Pesach Programme Providers?
B. Making a list of cancelled programmes?
All of which would provide better Information about the general situation, and how covid 19 has impacted…?
