Disgusting appalling event worse I’ve ever attended and I’ve been to a number of them over the years, the food was dire, cold and tasteless, “ finest caterer” I think not, Mr Sassoon senior is a very rude man, and should be appalled at the advertising that was portrayed in advance of this event which had no relation to the service that was then provided to guests, hotel staff were continually complaining about the 5 star hotel that had been brought down to. 2 star establishment from their idea of an event, we as a group paid a huge amount of money that was wasted by an event that as a family ruined our experience of pesach, apologise to your guests is the least the majority of people attending Should expect, omitting obviously your followers i.e family members that were attending
