This was a great program! The hotel was quaint and staff very helpful. He director spared no effort to provide a great program with an amazing chef. I understand he has a successful eatery in Pico and I am hardly surprised. The food was delicious and almost always an abundance of such items as short ribs or grilled salmon at every meal. Not sure how the program made a profit based on the expensive items served at each meal for main course. The crowd was friendly and erudite. I recommend this program all around.
