Writing to share my experience with my family of 6! Including my grandparents, my father in law, and brothers- and sisters- in law, we had a huge party and every meal was set for everyone we came with despite having different reservations which felt very personal and inclusive and tailored to our needs! My older grandparents had all their needs met, they had professional care bringing them and taking them whenever they needed with the golf cart or wheel chairs if they couldn’t walk certain distances. Allergy accommodations were graciously met (not for us, but for friends we made at the program) which says a lot! The resort they chose had impeccable polite staff, never saying no to almost anything. They took orders for pharmacy needs or personal shopping services and had it delivered to our door or front desk at the lobby. If we were wrongfully charged for room service, the resort immediately took care of it and did not expect us to pay. Overall wonderful Pesach experience that my extended family and I enjoyed. Thank you Avicam, Menachem and Gili, you know who you are :) and to everyone else behind the scenes at KCT.
