The program was very well run and extremely organized. There was plenty of food at all times and the organizers were always present. The hotel is a city in and of itself with activities for adults and kids alike. The day camp was also well run and (even though our kids are too young) have an evening program on some nights so that the adults can eat dinner and the kids are occupied. There are only two things that would not prevent us from going back, and that are not the fault of the tour operator but that should be known. 1. There is lot of walking. Depending on which tower you stay in, you will either be walking to the conference center (where the breakfast and lunch and Davening are) or to the “restaurant”where the daily (except for Shabbat) bbq is. It’s not a bad walk (10min max), but still a walk especially if you have strollers. 2. The wait staff, while wonderful and wanting to please operate on island time, which is only an issue during the sit down dinners. You have to have a little patience, but it’s worth it because the food, again, is wonderful and the portions a big ?. One last thing, I have been on many programs and really have to give credit to the Kosherica team that was onsite and behind the scenes, they were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond for us. The checked in on almost every table almost every day and when the wait staff was slow served the food themselves! Whatever you needed, you just asked them and it appeared. as amazing if there was a way to sign up again right now for next year I would. The hosts where always available and always present. Everything ran smoothly the camp was amazing even though my kids where to young they still allowed them to go in the bounce house and play in the 3 year old room with the nanny every single guest on the program was super nice no snobby people from what I saw.
