We are back from Olam Holidays in Salou, Spain and totally loved it! Here is a quick, small summary of our experience there. Hotel was upgraded from previous years (my first time there but I was with others who were there in previous years) and everything was fresh and clean. The view was magnificent! Food was fantastic!!!! Sweet hour at 5pm every day, the lobby tables were refilled with coffee, tea, cakes and cookies. Outdoor pool was cold but people managed to swim and enjoy. There was an indoor pool attached to the spa and charged €6 per person (not connected with Olam) Gym facilities available for everyone's use. Constant flow of alcohol at lunch and evening meals. Daily trips arranged for families and kids club. Lunch boxes prepared if you were out all day. Evening activities/entertainment every night. Small extras like ice lollies on Chag/Shabbat afternoons and giving out water bottles to everyone outside sunbathing. Birthday celebration for anyone's birthday during the time there, with a cake, balloon or champagne. Baby friendly food available at all meals. The only negative I have to add is there should be smoke free areas or a smoking schedule for social areas (hopefully for next year)
