in 2019 we spent Passover with Leisure Tours and the Minkowitz family, the hosts. Last year this was at the Hotel Palazzo Naiadi in Rome. We had a wonderful time. We traveled with 2 other couples. First of all, i can not speak well enough about the care, kindness, warmth and hospitality that the Minkowitz family showed to all of us. Ruth Minkowitz was great host and made sure that everyone’s had a great time and moved things ahead smoothly. The accommodations were regale, terrific and spotless rooms and amenities (i realize the will b exchanging hotels in Rom et his year - but i can only imagine that it will be a similar top spot and location.) Rabbi Lau was scholar in residence last year, and there Gaian - former Chief Rabbi of Israel - wonderful speaker and storyteller. Davening was very nice.. The food was exceptional. I am basically a pescatarian and they provided me with wonderful choices. There were excellent salads and side dishes at all times. Also lovely white fish dishes. The rest of my group enjoyed all the meats, cheeses etc. Wine selection was great, including lovely kosher grappa. From Italy. (Poli brand.) . In addition a, Rome is a great location, and there is so much to do their. It’s a great time of year. To sum it up, we had a memorable Peshawar, and recommend this unconditionally.
