The Wilburton has been owned and run by the Levis family for over 35 years. We understand and appreciate the joy of Jewish celebrations. Our Aunt was beloved playwright Wendy Wasserstein. Our mom inspired Madeline Kahn’s Tony Award winning role of “Gorgeous “in Wendy’s Broadway hit, The Sisters Rosensweig. Innkeeper and psychiatrist Dr. Albert Levis is a Holocaust survivor from Athens, Greece.
