The food was amazing. The programming, especially the Daycare was incredible! We went with a bunch of kids and I didn't worry about them at all - the staff was excellent. My only wish is that next year they do it in a less "indoor" hotel and at more of a resort with warmer weather like Palm Springs etc. Also the hotel's staff (especially with regard to the dining room) weren't well trained and needed more direction and possibly organization in the kitchen. Often there would be options on the menu which were not available, but then would somehow reappear. But honestly those two points are fixable and have nothing to do with the Upscale organizers and staff. They really did an amazing job! So grateful to the Upscale Legacy team!
