It’s hard to imagine a more wonderful Pesach program than Pesach in the Southeast. Bruce Backman attends to everyone’s needs as though they are guests in his home. There are not enough superlatives to describe the delicious and overly generous food. The lectures are diversified and very interesting, the davening is lively and pleasant, the people (guests and staff) are warm and welcoming, and the hotel is comfortable and laid out in such a way that the number of people attending the program never feels overwhelming. For me, the greatest thrill was watching so many people palpably enjoying the holiday with their children and grandchildren. It was truly a ‘chag Sameach’, a joyful respite from a troubling world. This was my second Pesach with Bruce Backman and his lovely family. I look forward to many more.
