I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful time you provided my family.  The facility, food, programming, scholars, entertainment, camp and babysitters were wonderful.  It’s hard to get 38 family members to agree on something but everyone was very pleased.  I wanted to let you know that all your planning and on site guidance really showed.    I don’t think there’s anything that can be done about the limited closet space and drawers in the room (which you have in all hotels) but that’s the only negative I can say about the hotel.  On the flip side, the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful.  I also have to compliment you and the hotel on the ease and smoothness of the check-in/check-out process. I’m not sure yet what our plans will be for next year but I’m sure Leisure Time Tours will be high on our list when our planning begins next Fall.  Until then, I hope the rest of the program goes well and that you continue to enjoy the holiday.
