Wow, I’ve been knowing Henry for more than 20 years and have been following him for his amazing Passover holidays. He is completely devoted to his guests (please, don’t consider yourself as a client) and their desires. Meals are great experiences with fresh and savory products. I know Cascai thé place is very nice last pessach in 2019 we went to Dubrownik with Henry Lippmann the food was excellent , Henry knows how to accommodate all kind of products for the best we had à very pleasant stay

Henry is the most amazing chef. The food is delicious and each dish is a work of art. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The programme is interesting and there is plenty to do both for adults and children. Henry gives personal attention to each person, and makes sure that everyone is happy and comfortable. I’m looking forward to coming again this year.
