The Wilburton has been owned and run by the Levis family for over 35 years. We understand and appreciate the joy of Jewish celebrations. Our Aunt was beloved playwright Wendy Wasserstein. Our mom inspired Madeline Kahn’s Tony Award winning role of “Gorgeous “in Wendy’s Broadway hit, The Sisters Rosensweig. Innkeeper and psychiatrist Dr. Albert Levis is a Holocaust survivor from Athens, Greece.

Most guests bring their own kosher food. There is a kosher supermarket 90 minutes away in Albany New York,
You can also have kosher food sent to The Wilburton from Batya's Kitchen in New York City.
Our events chef can cook for you for an additional fee of $75/hour.
The kitchens are kashered by our Chabad Rabbi. Kashering is included for free with reservations of 8 nights or more.
The mansions have commercial kitchens with excellent storage. Other homes have just a regular refrigerator but we can arrange for a chest freezer if you would like one.
