great food. Tamar was a wonderful program leader. Resort was not ideal

5.0/ 5

My family enjoyed the Pesach program Leisure time tours at the Tapatio Cliffs. The food was wonderful as well as the programming. Lectures, comedians, and singers. Casino night. Amazing tea room every night. We were not fond of the resort, however. At times, when the weather was hot, we didn’t find it very comfortable, as there weren’t enough indoor spaces to gather in between meals. Also, the internet was very poor for those of us who needed to work during chol hamoed. The hotel staff were rude and unreasonable. Tamar was wonderful and went above and beyond to manage all requests and complaints with grace and composure.

A Great Pesach

5.0/ 5

Pesach was wonderful at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. The hotel with all rooms having a separate bedroom and sitting room, many separate areas to relax and swim, indoor and outdoor dining are just a few of the amenities. The food was outstanding and the many programs, both for entertainment and discussions on current issues were very well done. Whatever problems existed were taken care off.

An excellent Passover Stay!

5.0/ 5

My family and I stayed at the Hilton Tapatio for a Passover program in April 2022, for the first days of the Passover Holiday. We were thoroughly impressed with both the hotel and the programming by Leisure Time Tours. The hotel is perfectly suited for a Passover program, with large public areas, many private pool areas to relax with the family, and great local activities for everyone. We went ATVing close by and were able to go hiking every morning. The food was great. The kids especially loved the fresh, brick-oven pizza that was made right in front of us at the tea room. The soft-serve ice cream available was also great. The tequila bar by the poor was a popular spot and was perfect for grabbing a drink at the pool BBQ. We never even had to leave the pool area to get food and drinks. The night scene was great too, with churros and waffles to go along with live entertainment. The kids especially loved the children’s show offering while the adults liked the tea room bar and live music with Brad. Overall, we had an excellent stay for Passover and we are looking forward to staying the entire holiday next year, God-willing!

Perfect Hotel for Passover Program!

5.0/ 5

The Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort was the perfect hotel for a Passover program!! Our room had a separate living room, which allowed for family and friend hangouts. There were many different pools, which was necessary for a program with over 1,000 people. No one felt like they had to go down to the pool super early to save a lounge chair and every person felt like they had a place to sit by a pool and relax. The hikes behind the hotel were also a big bonus! I hope that Leisure Time Tours will be doing a Passover program at this hotel again next year!!

Best Passover Ever!

5.0/ 5

My family and I stayed at this hotel for Passover vacation and we had a blast! The hotel was so big and spacious with many pools and areas for my family to spend alone time together so it was really great for us. The program we were on was called Leisure Time Tours and they did an excellent job making it the best Passover ever! We enjoyed tremendously and are definitely coming back next year on another Leisure Time Program and hopefully to the Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort as well!

Passover in Paradise

5.0/ 5

We are spending the Passover holiday with our entire family at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs and I have to say we are having the time of our lives. The rooms are set up as suites so we enjoy having an extra living room space to chill out. I must commend the housekeeping services for keeping our suite fresh and tidy and fully stocked with fresh towels, all in a timely manner. We also love sitting on our balcony taking in the gorgeous scenery of the palm trees and bougainvillea set against the backdrop of the stark rugged mountains. But truth be told, we spend very little time in our room. There are so many different pools, each with a different vibe and we love trying them all out! The hotel staff have been friendly and very accommodating. We can’t wait to return next year with our family for the Passover Program here.
