Lasko Getaways Passover Program 2024 at the JW Marriott Turnberry Miami Resort & Spa Claimed

The service was above bar. Always enough food and the most delicious Pesach food you could imagine. There were food options for everyone. There were food trucks by the pool and speciality drinks. The tea room was always an options if anyone needed a snack or drink. The kids programs and staff were out of this world creative, fun and well thought out. Each day the child care had special activities- juggler, puppet show, music, petting zoo etc. It was so special to see the kids so happy. There was entertainment and a program for everyone. Anything from art to Zumba, speakers, games etc. The hotel was phenomenal. The service, the grounds etc. There was a kids water park, lazy river etc The kids also enjoyed the putting green. This program was one of a kind.

Amazing food and ran very well. Big yasher koach to JM food events and design on the whole thing. Great program for the family and definitely looking forward to next year!!

I’ve been going on Lasko Tours for over 25+ years and I could never think of a better program. The expertise, fun and enjoyment of Lasko Tours is incomparable. Looking forward to another year this year!

My family has been going away for Passover for close to fifty years both here in the U.S., including Hawaii, and Mexico and Israel. All of the programs we attend are considered the premium of their time – LASKO at Turnberry in 2019 was 5-star. It was not only a great venue with outstanding food in a beautiful climate and easy to get to – 2 ½ hours from LaGuardia which is near to my home in Kings Point, Long Island – but it was also hosted by a caring family and associates, including Sam Lasko’s great assistant, Cathy Chad. The program had something for everyone in my extended family, which included two serious Semichah students from Sha’alvim and Mercaz Harav, and an Upper West Side son and family, and my reluctantly religious wife who likes to shop – the Bal Harbor shops outshine Rodeo Drive, and even Paris. Most important with Lasko’s program is its religious content, including great lectures by outstanding Rabbaeim. We got far more Torah in Aventura than we have at any of our Israeli venues. Over the years there were other outstanding programs, like the one-time-only at the Hapuna Prince Beach Hotel on the big island of Hawaii, and a string of Pesachs at Dorado Beach which unfortunately are no more. Out estimate is that LASKO’s is as good as you can get today.

Our family numbers close to 30 from 8 to 80. Pesach is a significant family chag which brings us all together. We have experienced other programs..Lasko Family is clearly one of the very best. Food to satisfy every palate from vegan to carnivore. Poolside BBQ’s to die for with every main and side dish one can possibly. imagine.. Staff is focused only upon one outcome..customer satisfaction. which permeates the Lasko Family culture. Services and lectures offered by high caliber educators and rabbis are not to be missed by anyone interested therein. with the newly completed Water Park the many children will have a haven of fun and adventure. Each Chag keeps getting better than the last and we frankly don’t know how they do it. Looking forward to returning this year as well.

We have been guests for Pesach at Turnberry three times, returning this year for our fourth. Each year, the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The resort is magnificent, the rooms are large and the facilities get better each year. We are looking forward this year to being able to enjoy the entire waterpark that was completed after last Pesach. The Lasko family truly runs Pesach like a family. Meals are great, abundant and well planned. The BBQ, pizza, etc., etc., gives options for everyone at every meal. Also, our family enjoys the minyanim and the various learning opportunities throughout the Chag. All in all, recommend 100%!

The Polachek “clan” of 15 (& sometimes a few add ons) have attended “Passover with Lasko” with our 1st experience being Passover 2001. We began after our children’s last grandparent passed away and assumed it would be a one-time treat. The experience turned out to be spectacular and everyone wanted back the following year. Our 8 grandchildren now range from 25 to 15 and each one considers this holiday to be his/her most memorable. The lectures, creative programming and exquisite cuisine all attest to the exceptional attention to detail. My family as well as our extended families have been attending Lasko Passover Getaway for greater than 15 years. I can truly say that the venue at the Turnberry facility has been outstanding. The waterpark is amazing.  The kids love it.The amount of food, including desserts is insane. The hospitality that has been accorded to us by the Lasko family has been superb. We were offered the same high quality attention whether we were a party of 10 or 36. I know many others felt the same way. We look forward to attending this coming Pesach. It gives us a rare opportunity to have the families together for an extended time.

We joined the Program with a large family contingency ages 1 – 80+ and everyone was thrilled with the program. The program was well run and offered activities for everyone to enjoy. The young ones all loved the day camp and were ecstatic with the waterpark. It was simply a perfect Passover experience and we look forward to participating again.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The guests are warm and on relaxed mode. Everyone at this program is happy to be there. The entertainment is wonderful for all ages. My grandkids run around and don’t get lost. The grounds are easily learned. The food keeps getting better every year. I’m a big salad person and I find that there are many to choose from at every meal. Now with the new water parks I doubt any other program could compare. We at Turnberry are spoiled. We have the best!! The Lasko family really try to listen to their guests. They are always bumping it up a notch. We can’t wait for pesach this year. Hope to see old and new friends there.

This will be our third year with Lasko getaways and we are so excited! The Turnberry resort is amazing, with fabulous accomodations and an incredible staff. The food and service have always been flawless and the Lasko family has always been friendly, courteous, and welcoming. My family has not been disappointed and we can’t wait for water park fun!!
