KASHRUT CERTIFICATION & SUPERVISION

Kashrut is Glatt Mehadrin, Non Gebrochts under the strict supervision of Global Orthodox Kosher and endorsed by Rav Pinchas Padwa of Antwerp. Rabbi Duvdevani is a highly regarded expert in the field of international Kashrut. He is an alumnus of the Gush Yeshiva (Har Etzion) and a distinguished student of Rabbi Aharon Lichtenstein zt”l and Rabbi Yehuda Amital zt”l. Rabbi Duvdevani received his “Yore Yore” certification from the Israeli Rabbinate in 1996. He served as the head of Kashrut supervision for the Vaad HaKashrut in Mexico City for four years, overseeing

numerous Kashrut initiatives, including more than 40 cruises, 100 factories globally, and 20 Pesach hotels. He possesses extensive knowledge and regularly consults the Gedolei Yisrael from throughout the generations, including Rabbi Asher Weiss, combining this expertise with a strong understanding of industry practices and food technology. Rabbi Pinchas Padva from Antwerp, a prominent authority in Kashrut, supports and collaborates with Rabbi Duvdevani who consults him on any major issues. Rabbi Padva has affirmed the reliability of the Kashrut certification provided by Global Orthodox Kosher for Pesach 2025 at The At Herbal Hotel, Cyprus.

GOURMET CATERING MANAGEMENT BY RAPHY SOLOMON

Rabbi Raphael Solomon brings over 40 years of experience in the kosher food industry, having worked in a wide range of prestigious kosher operations across the U.S., Mexico, Europe, Hawaii, and on many kosher cruises. Starting his career in the early 1980s in Miami Beach, Rabbi Solomon has gained invaluable expertise in managing large-scale kosher food services, making him a recognized leader in the field. Rabbi Solomon has overseen complex kosher operations and served  as Executive Chef for luxury five- star Pesach programs. He has also held the role of Catering and Kitchen Manager for numerous successful global Pesach programs. With his commitment to excellence and attention to detail, we are delighted to welcome Rabbi Solomon to our program, where his culinary expertise will ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

Under Rabbi Solomon’s guidance, our guests will enjoy a range of gourmet dining options, including: pre-davening coffee and cake, full buffet breakfasts, Grand Kiddush on Shabbat and Chag, plated and buffet-style Shabbat and Chag meals, Chol Hamoed BBQs, a Tea Room & Snack

Bar, children’s dining, and three diverse and abundant menu choices each day. Additionally, fine

wines will be served with dinner, ensuring a memorable and satisfying culinary experience for all ages.

THREE SEDER OPTIONS

Option 1: Private Seder: Limited private dining rooms available. 100€ pp min 1000€.

Option 2: Communal Seder: Led in English. The Seder will be conducted cohesively, with communal singing.

Option 3: Family Seder: Each family group will be assigned own table in the Main dining room and conduct their own Seder at their desired pace.

RABBI DR. LAIBL WOLF LL.B M.ED PSYCH

is an unusual exponent of ancient wisdoms and cutting-edge psychology.

A child of holocaust survivors, he has set his life mission to integrate Jewish spiritual teachings with a fast changing, technologically accelerating, and complex world.

He is internationally renowned as a superb lecturer and is the celebrated author of the best-selling ‘Practical Kabbala’. At home in Law and Psychology, he is a Lubavitcher Chossid, with a repertoire of training materials on mindfulness, meditation and relaxation-response techniques.

His works have been highly acclaimed by diverse world leaders such as Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks, the Dalai Lama, and the late Rishon LeTzion  Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu z’l, from whom he also received Semicha. He resides with his wife Leah, in Melbourne Australia.

RABBI BRENDAN STERN

originally from Sydney, Australia, now resides in London. He spent many years studying at Yeshivat Har Etzion and Kollel Netzach Yisrael in Israel, earning both Jewish and secular qualifications. In addition to his MBA and Bachelor of Finance, Rabbi Stern holds Yoreh Yoreh semicha from Rav Zalman Nechemya Goldberg zt”l, a post-semicha diploma in Contemporary Halacha, and training in public speaking under Rabbi Feitel Levin and Rabbi YY Jacobson. He is currently studying for Yadin Yadin.

Rabbi Stern serves as an associate Rabbi at Hendon’s largest synagogue, playing a key role in its revival over recent years. He is also a Senior Asset Manager for an Australian real estate fund investing in UK properties.

Since moving to London, Rabbi Stern is known for his dynamic approach, conveying Torah teachings in a relatable way, making him a popular figure across a wide range of audiences. He masterfully blends timeless Torah wisdom with contemporary issues in business, = medicine, science, and technology, making Torah relevant to the 21st century. Rabbi Stern hasbeen a sought-after scholar-in-residence at Pesach programs and communities worldwide, leaving audiences inspired and enriched by his engaging shiurim and Divrei Torah. Rabbi Stern, his wife, and their three children are excited to share Pesach with Kosher Travelers and with you!

AVRUMI HALPERN

has been captivated by music and singing from a young age, a passion that has driven his impressive career in the Jewish music scene. Born in 1984 in Manchester, UK, Avrumi’s musical journey began early, with his talent and dedication quickly becoming evident. His professional singing career took off in Israel over 20 years ago, where he had the privilege of working with some of the biggest names in Jewish music.

Throughout his career, Avrumi has built a reputation for his unique vocal ability, blending traditional Jewish melodies with contemporary musical styles. His deep, rich voice and emotive performances have made him a sought-after performer for a wide variety of events, from weddings to concerts and benefit performances.

Whether performing alongside top-billed Jewish artists or headlining solo performances. Avrumi’s ability to connect with audiences through song has made him a favorite in the Jewish music community. Now based in the UK, Avrumi continues to spread joy and simcha through his music.

We had a fantastic time! It is depressing to read about how many programs run out of food, matzah, had too many guests, and a variety of other complaints. Kudos to you for making sure we were not lacking anything!! We never felt like there wouldn’t be enough–the tearoom was constantly being refilled–the food in the dining

room was constantly being refilled–the desserts were over the top delicious and plentiful– there was matzah–there was everything we needed for the seder! There were so many delicious dishes and

meats and salads and fish! This takes a lot of work and organization and planning to get everything you need to the hotel and more! We thank you for that! We even had omelets the day we left–this is

the gold standard!! We save all year for this treat and to take the kids for an incredible vacation and you made it superb! The hotel staff could not have been nicer—they did an amazing job keeping the hotel pristine! Yashar Koach for arranging such a fabulous Pesach and letting us stay for an incredible bonus Shabbos! The icing on the cake!

This was our first time traveling with Kosher Travelers. We went to

Rhodes Greece for Passover this year. Everything was amazing. The best

kosher Passover program. The KT team was amazing. The food the

entertainment was awesome. They really worked so hard to make sure

all the guests were happy. Thank you KT team for one of the best
