The Park Hyatt is uniquely constructed in a way that affords our group maximal privacy and enables us to celebrate Yom Tov as a closed group within the Hotel complex. In addition, the Hotel staff has generously availed a spacious reception hall that will function as a shul and activity hall throughout the week of Pesach.
On Chol Hamoed, we’ll treat you to an enchanting array of programs and trips for the whole family. (Cost of trips excluded from base price). While parents relax and indulge in the Hotel’s five-star facilities, children will revel in a variety of fun and exhilarating activities in our special Club-house under the warm care of our professional babysitting staff.

We went to Dubai Pesach 2023 with Gaya Tours. The program was very well run the entire time including the Shabbat after. Avi, Gilat, Naomi and Yossi were there to greet everyone starting from Tue AM when we arrived. They pulled together a breakfast Tue AM last minute after realizing that many guests were arriving even before the “pre program” Tue night. They served many high quality meats throughout including, lamb, steaks, kebabs, and chicken. For kiddush they served seared Salmon, Tuna, salads, and a tremendous array of the finest desserts. The highlight for us was the touring and meeting new people. They connected us with a great tour company that took us all around Dubai and Abu Dhabi. There were some hiccups in the beginning. The original tour company they chose didn’t respond to any of their guests. About 2 weeks before Gaya thankfully dropped them and chose a better company. Lastly, and eqyally important, we stayed in a 5* resort. The hotel grounds were gorgeous. The people on the program were the nicest. If you are looking for an honest, reliable tour group to travel with, I highly recommend Gaya Tours. Avi and Gilat are a real pleasure to spend the holiday with. Thank you, The Segalls

If you’re looking for a Passover program in Dubai that offers an exceptional experience from start to finish, look no further than this one! The food was nothing short of amazing, with a wide variety of high-end meats like lamb chops and rib steaks, and fresh, high-quality raw and cooked fish stations. And let’s not forget about the desserts – they were outstandingly delicious and varied, with new types of desserts being switched out daily. The organization of the program was also top-notch, ensuring that there was never a shortage of food and that guests were well taken care of throughout their stay. The hosts Avi, Gilad, and Naomi & Yossi were incredibly welcoming and humble, making guests feel right at home from the moment they arrived. But the highlight of the program has to be the hotel itself, which offers a rich, luxurious experience that is hard to match. With 4 to 5 pools to choose from, including a Cliff jumping pool just for the kids to have extra fun, there was never a dull moment during the stay. Overall, if you’re looking for a Passover program in Dubai that will exceed your expectations in every way, this one is definitely worth considering. With amazing food, exceptional organization, and top-of-the-line amenities, it’s a Passover experience that you won’t soon forget.

I want to thank you for the most amazing beautiful yom tov that you arranged. It was so obvious that you put all your energy and kochos into this wonderful program. Every single detail was top notch and enjoyed immensely by all of us! Although my husband and I were only there for second days, the warmth I felt from you and all the staff was unbelievable! thank you gaya tours for the most memorable pesach ever! the hotel is beyond beautiful and clean, staff is super helpful. adult pool is crowded on the weekends but never had a problem getting a chair at the other 3 pools. food was tasty and plentiful. desserts were amazing! kiddushes were set up so beautiful. excursions were great. the dinner in the desert was amazing! would 100% recommend this program!

The hotel chosen was perfect in every way, the food was the best we’d experienced in any program, let alone Passover. The people were great, never raised their voices, the tours and programming were beautifully organised, lacked for nothing, every detailed imagined was taken care of, music and Shul experience were exceptional.
