Bad experience. At the turn of 2019 to 2020, he left a group of 30 Brazilian Jews without accommodation in Zanzibar. We paid the value to stay in a resort and they settled us in a crumbling hotel, with no light, no water, no security. We missed our New Year’s party looking for empty rooms around the island, paying out of our own pocket something that had been paid for previously.

We hired cape kosher to organize a trip for 30 Jews to Africa – they brought a cook and organized the hotel accommodations. The trip lasted 14 days, in the first 5 days we had good accommodation, however there wasn’t enough food for 30 people. Tanzania doesn’t have a lot of kosher alternatives, so we relied on him 100%. The worst of the trip was to come, when we moved to Zanzibar. The food issue was resolved, Yechiel sent an additional cook with more food, but our worst nightmares starters when we got to the hotel he had booked us. The rooms were in the middle of the beach – no lock or bathroom (we had a lot of woman in the group, very unsafe for us to stay there). The pictures he sent us were misleading and we felt cheated. It was the 31st of December, and we had no roof over our heads. Not only did they fail to help us find an alternative, but when we told him of the situation, Yechiel didn’t measure ways to insult the group, adding more stress to an already unbearable situation. Never have I seen such a disrespectful and irresponsible person (Yechiel).
