The accommodations, food, shiurim and activities were all great. Both the staff and the other guests were very friendly.

Our 2 Seders were wonderful. We quickly befriended our table mates & bonded all week. Food was plentiful but was not quality level we expected with too much sameness especially chol hamoed lunches. We appreciate all the hard work that went into planning the week. The kitchen/wait staff were all super friendly, efficient & accommodating. More signage, clearer explanations & communications needed for first timers. We enjoyed the evening program with band/singers during Chol Hamoed. It was a relaxing week with activities nicely spaced out. Thank you for a lovely week.

First time me and my family were away from home or family for פסח. I was a little hesitant to go ( not my family tradition). Was I wrong! Great family atmosphere, laid back, great food, great people and great activities for the kids. We will definitely be back. ( Only down side was, that Rabbi AJ Kushner worked nonstop. Would love to see him sit back and relax a little more)

This has been our second year going to this program it was a relaxing and simple with nice people experience would definitely recommend if your looking for a simple pesach getaway.

The food at this program was not only good quality and delicious it was abundantly plentiful. In addition the 24 hour tea room made snacking if desired always available. The facility was a grand resort hotel with beautiful grounds which included an eruv. While the hotel was a bit shopworn it was elegant, the rooms were spacious and meeting, dining areas and davening places were very comfortable. Various shiurim were held including daf yomi and programs such as short videos of interest for families. Some of the shiurim were given by volunteers who were guests who offered their expertise on subjects of interest. The facility had meeting rooms in the main building as well as in a spacious annex. Grand kiddush was held in the annex where a large collection of kosher l’Pesach cordials, wines and other alcoholic beverages were available as well as soft drinks. Fish, mezonos and other goodies made the kiddush cheery and bright. When the weather allowed the guests could eat outside at tables on the grounds adjacent to the annex. Everyone had a chance to enjoy and socialize. The davvening and laining were excellent. Rabbi Shainbaum delivered succinct drashas. He made his points but never belabored them. One of the best features of this program were the guests themselves. The guests made every effort to be helpful to others attending the program. I noticed repeated offers from guest to help the elderly or handicapped. They called it Midwest hospitality. And we found the children respectful of others. Of course the program planners made accommodations for the needs of children by providing them with a bounce house in addition to the various snacks that were always available. During chal hamoed we visited world class attractions in the Cleveland area. The Cleveland Museum of Art is one of the finest. Others visited the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame or the Museum of Fashion at Kent State University. Even though we found this Pesach program to be economical we felt in ranks in the top tier of experiences along with the most exotic advertised Pesach programs.

We had a very nice time, everything was good.

Truly a Pesach experience I will remember…. We met so many people, incredible people, who were warm, friendly, connections to keep. An amazing Chazan who sang at our table, we will remember his song:) I especially enjoyed the soups, deserts, fish, breakfast room, tea room, etc… The children were also entertained around the clock: moonbounce, game room, events, etc… Was such a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend to others! Thank you for all your effort, time, energy running this amazing program.

We had an incredible Y”T! Reb Aaron Yoel and his family and staff should be g’bentched with tremendous hatzlacha and they should be able to continue running this program for many years to come in yerushalyim! My wife, kids, and I, had such a relaxed and beautiful Y”T. Everything you read in other reviews is absolutely true! This program was so well planned and had the perfect blend of ruchniyus and gashmiyus. It’s been over 2 weeks since Y”T and we’re still talking about all the memories that we will carry with us for years to come. We had my parents join us for the first days and my in-laws for second days and everyone had a great time.

We had a wonderful yom tov at Bertram Inn. Rabbi Kushner outdid himself. Thank you to Devora Klugman for making the yom tov so enjoyable. We would definitely want to return next year if we are not in Yerushlayim. Thank you to the whole staff for all the planning that went into this program.

Pesach at the Bertram Inn was a very positive experience for us. The staff, Rabbi Kushner and Devora Klugman really put in a lot of effort to make everyone comfortable and their effort showed. The staff exuded warmth and care and I appreciated the ruchnius level with the beautiful davening and Divrei Torah. The zemiros sung in the huge dinging hall was so special to hear. The guests were down to earth and I enjoyed getting to know them and having a connecting experience while enjoying tasty meals served by the attentive waiters. We went for the first days but loved it so much that we ended up staying for the whole Chag! It was so nice! The kids had a blast So much entertainment and fun stuff to do in that area The magic shows , bouncy houses, skateboard show, paint night, movie night, concert!! Man I can go on and on The food Everything was just awesome!!

AJ and his staff did everything they could to make everyone happy. They even arranged for swimming at a local pool. The food was delicious and , plentiful. Mon & Wed night was dairy. Tues night there was a fantastic band playing in the dining room. Mindy the secretary sent put a list with places to go and things to see in the local area You had to pack your own lunch which we ate at some of the local attractions we went to. see and of course they had the 24 hour tea room ! During dovening the Beis Midrash was very quiet. They had a daf yomi Shiur and Avos ubanim learning everyday. They also went out of their way to provide for the needs of all the kids. If you are looking for an affordable , enjoyable Pesach look no further! My rating is 4.8 .

We were only going to stay for first days , but we all had so a nice time that we ended up staying for the whole Yom Tov! We are so grateful we did!!

Food, magic shows, skateboarding show, concerts, bouncy houses for kids! My kids did not want to go home They stayed up till 2am Playing with friends and just having a good time!! I highly recommend this program!!

Almost all aspects were splendid. Some minor complaints: 1) although the food overall was wonderful there were too many meat lunches, 2) lack of orientation signs on the outside of the building made registration somewhat difficult, 3) lack of a map of the building made navigation difficult, 4) the room we were in for the first community seder was much too noisy making the seder impossible to follow, 5) the food service for the seders was much too slow. Otherwise, organization and fine people made the experience pleasurable and meaningful.

Wow!!! What am amazing program. I would give 10star. They thought of every last detail to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and rejuvenating. Amazing entertainment, delicious food! Definitely coming back

First time with this program. Found the food delicious and plentiful. Not too fancy, but did not expect it, nor needed all the extras offered at more expensive programs. Hotel in its hay day must have first class. Today it shows its age, BUT, is clean and comfortable. Would recommend program to families on a budget and want a Haemish Yom Tov.

We joined the Agudas Achim Pesach Resort for the last days of Yom Tov, as we wanted to be with our children at their home for the Seders.. We had an excellent time at the Retreat. We were received with wonderful warmth, from the point of checking in to the departure we were surrounded by excellent service from all the people working at the hotel. The food was excellent, plentiful and delicious. The atmosphere during the Seudot was very family oriented and yet was filled with Zemirot. The feel of the Seudot was in keeping with the Shabbos and Yom Tov Spirit. And the food as mentioned was delicious and plentiful. The wait staff and all the other staff in the kitchen served us with a smile. The Davening was at a very nice serious level. There speed of davening was fine, there was hardly any noise from anyone during the davening and the Yom Tov and Shabbos Niggunim were sung with great devotion and feeling. It was actually quite surprisingly good. Rabbi Laibel Scheinbaum would give over Divrei Torah that was to the point and effective. I was impressed with how well everything moved along. I couldn’t have asked for more or better. We would definitely return next year and would strongly recommend people who are thinking of plans for next years Pesach, to investigate this particular program. It was that good, that much fun, with an excellent blend of Yiras Shamayim and Simcha’s Yom Tov/Shabbos.

I am suffering withdrawal symptoms. A remarkable and memorable program for virtually anyone including those wanting a kosher experience with a serious beis medrash and learning. But perhaps debatably even more important, it was FUN, inspiring and uplifting.

This was truly a most pleasant experience for our family. We were part of a fairly large multi-generational group with such a broad range of needs and the entire staff (most notably R’ Aharon Yoel and Mrs. Devora Klugman and their respective spouses) worked tirelessly to successfully accommodate each and every individual. Wonderful davening, excellent food (quality AND quantity), and a special attention to the sensibilities of the many many children present at the program brought everything together in a truly enjoyable Pesach experience!

Spent the first half of Pesach with my son and family at this wonderful program. Great accommodations, excellent and plentiful food but most of all lots of fun for the adults and children who ranged in ages from 14 to 4. Would definitely recommend !!

This was our first Pesach at a hotel. We weren’t sure what to expect. However, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel accommodations were 1st rate; spacious, clean rooms; all venues conveniently located; friendly, helpful staff. The food was delicious, plentiful and creative. Kudos to Tibor, Ray and Aaron. The davening was inspiring with many Baalei Tefillos to choose from. Being with family and extended family created the most leibidig meals that we ever experienced. Last, but not least, this program could not have worked without the tireless efforts of Rabbi AJ Kushner, Mindi and Devora. Their focus on the needs and wants of each guest was evident from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Next year in Yerushalayim (or 2nd best, Aurora).

The food was delicious and plentiful- the staff kind, helpful and accommodating. While low key- it was heimish and well done and the guests were friendly and nice. The kids had a wonderful time and found new friends. There are many wonderful activities for the family nearby such as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Football Hall of Fame as well as shopping outlets, bowling, rock climbing, arcades and more. An excellent choice for a family Pesach and the price is most affordable! Rabbi Kushner is amazing and available to all for anything!

The people and the program exceeded all of our expectations. No detail was left unaddressed. Our group ( 20 people or the First Days and 35 for the Second Days – consisting of 4 generations/ ages 74 years to 2 weeks) had every need met, with grace, humor and speed! The food was consistently excellent and plentiful- with NO repetitions! We brought our own matzah and wine – but did not need to, because there were ample amounts and assortments offered. Rabbi A L Scheinbaum was inspiring and thought provoking, as always. Rabbi AJ Kushner was welcoming, effusive and the perfect host. I could not have been better!

Had such a nice time with my family at this program. Spacious accommodations at the hotel, very cute activities over Yom tov that were family friendly, food was amazing. No shortage of good food, almost felt like I was going from one meal to the next. Probably the most affordable program out there. Everyone seemed so nice and genuinely enjoyed…wasn’t a bunch of uptight people, neilas hachag was very heartzig. Rabbi Kushner puts his heart and soul into running a spectacular program, super generous with everything. My whole family loved it and I plan on coming back next year

I have been to all the Passover Sedars Rabbi Kushner has done and this one is by far the best. His staff the food and the arrangement of all the seating was fantastic. Anyone that missed this event missed a great Passover. Don’t miss next year’s, They get better every year.

Our family of 3 generations attended the program for 2 years and it was a great choice! The whole time we felt well cared for and there was always something to do for all ages of the family. They had a tea room open the whole day with games and food and it was a great place to just sit and enjoy with everyone. Rabbi Kushner was especially helpful with the room accommodations for our big family and special request such as cribs and baby sitters for the children were handled with a smile. My entire family and I really enjoyed and I would recommend the program to everyone.

The very best value in a Pesach program. The people are friendly and the Davening is terrific. There are interesting activities for children and adults. There are accommodations for families, a “can do” service attitude. I can’t wait to go back.

My husband and I brought our children and grandchildren for the first days to the Pesach Getaway and it was amazing. The food was delicious and so much! The programming for the kids was also amazing. They had such a great time! The learning opportunities was also amazing and so was the socialization. We met so many wonderful people. We would be attending this year but we made Aliyah. I highly recommend this Getaway!!

Me and My Girlfriend at the time (Now Wife B”H) had such an amazing experience here over the holidays. it was such a nice family style oriented approach to pesach. Not like many of the other places do it. Here we got to really enjoy the Chag the way it was meant to be. We got to join in on the communal seder and really have such a wonderful time. the hotel was really top notch and the food and service were both so delicious as well.

5 stars for this program! This will be my family’s fifth year joining Rabbi Kushner and Rabbi Scheinbaum for Pesach and the experience just keeps getting better. We went to the Pesach program last year for the first time, we brought along extended family- a group of 26 people. From young to old, everyone had a wonderful time, the accommodations were great, there was entertainment for the kids, lectures for adults, delicious and plentiful food around the clock. Rabbi Kushner accommodated every special request and need that we had, he lead an amazing Pesach program. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable, we enjoyed ourselves and plan to be back again this year!
