Some people complained about the food, but we really found it very good. From a program that pays $3,500 the room you cannot expect the same level of food as a program that pays $10,000 the room, and I've been in both programs. In this there were always 2 or 3 dishes to choose a buffet of different salads, and another one of very good desserts. It is true that the first 2 days lacked a bit of order and planning regarding the food, but then everything was great. The hotel is spectacular and very large, with many leisure areas. And the city of Cartagena is also incredible. There is much to do touristically. My children have enjoyed it very much.
