April, 2024 Passover was our second experience with Mark and Hora Vacation Rentals. As we did our first year, we began speaking with him last July, settled on the apartment we wanted and discussed the various services he could provide. Everything was perfect. The apartment was as advertised. Whatever we needed to "tweak" once we got there was provided. We availed ourselves of all his extra packages...cleaning service; new pots and pans; internet; kashering; even beach chairs and umbrellas. Not one glitch. And if we needed extra service it was always there and quickly. The Alexander is also well run...clean and friendly. Highly recommend Mark and Hora. And we are going for 3rd time!
